How you’ll elevate creativity / The role designed for you:
- You will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.
- You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.
- You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.
- You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers.
- You will prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings.
- You will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw materials.
- You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets
You’re The Right Fit If You:
- Are a graduate in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Have 3 years of experience in the role.
- Speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Have a strong passion for Procurement and a desire to grow in the field.
- Possess analytical thinking, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
