Portfolio Management

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle (concept, development, launch, maturity, phase-out).
  • Ensure consistency across product architecture, pricing, positioning, and target audiences.
  • Monitor product performance (sales, margins, market feedback) and propose corrective actions.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate Product Managers and/or Product Specialists across multiple brands.
  • Work closely with R&D, Design, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Facilitate complex decision-making by balancing creative, technical, industrial, and business requirements.

Innovation, Technology & Design

  • Oversee the integration of sonic excellence, industrial design, and user experience.
  • Oversee the development of new technological platforms (hardware, software, streaming, digital integration).
  • Ensure that every product expresses core luxury values: perceived quality, attention to detail, and exclusivity.
  • Define, together with Marketing, the value proposition, key messages, and product storytelling.
  • Support global product launches (presentations, materials, internal and dealer training).
  • Collaborate with Sales to address the needs of key markets and strategic customers.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, high-end consumer behavior, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Anticipate technological, cultural, and lifestyle evolutions within the luxury audio entertainment sector.

  • Solid understanding of audio technologies, hardware and software.
  • Strong financial acumen, including product P&L, cost structures, and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic vision combined with a strong execution mindset.
  • High sensitivity to design, brand culture, and product craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Structured, decisive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a plus.
Why Join Us
  • Opportunity to shape the future of iconic luxury audio brands.
