Your Team:
You will be part of the EMEAI strategic alliances team, dedicated to driving growth by working closely with the extended sales team in Central Europe (DACH). These Strategic Alliances (System Integrators, Hyper scalers) play an integral role in enabling Digital Transformation initiatives for our customers.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be responsible for the go-to-market execution for a portfolio of strategic partners in the region. This includes building and maintaining the relationships with external partners, key global and regional Sis as well as internal executive leadership to foster mutual beneficial partnerships. You will focus on net new and influenced business, developing regional business plans with the partners and being fully part of their execution in the field. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and the corporate alliance team, serving as the go-to expert for all regional topics regarding your managed partners. Success in this role will be also your ability to think strategically, influence internally and externally to drive the execution of the plan and impact the growth in the region.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Create, build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with your partners, from executives to operations.
- Develop and manage shared Go-To-Market strategies: Agree on joint targets, solutions, shared goals, and governance.
- Work with PTC extended sales teams in your region to drive partner alignment and success.
- Monitor the forecast and pipeline of your alliance partners with PTC.
- Stand and deliver partner content at local events and lead regional enablement efforts, including joint messaging, value propositions, and high-level technical overviews.
- Provide regular field feedback to the PTC Strategic Alliance team on regional best practices and specific issues.
Your Skills and Knowledge:
- Extensive solution sales background/experience (10 years), in an alliances focused role
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and multicultural organization, making connections and understanding how to make partnerships successful.
- Experience partnering with System Integrators or equivalent major companies within the software industry, with a strong personal network.
- Strategic mindset to accelerate growth, identify gaps, and drive long-term relationships with key partners.
- Solution understanding experience in one of the functions: Product, Service, or Manufacturing is highly desired.
- Strong interest in Innovation in a changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in both English and German are mandatory.
