The Strategic Advisor serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making and driving the successful execution of enterprise and functional priorities. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics—translating complex business challenges into actionable insights and ensuring initiatives are aligned, governed, and delivered with measurable impact. As a trusted partner to executives, the Strategic Advisor leads complex, cross functional initiatives, enables prioritization and performance management, and delivers executiveready communications that inform direction, mitigate risk, and advance organizational objectives.
Responsibilities/Expectations:- Serves as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing decision support and recommendations grounded in rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Partners with leaders to define, prioritize, and align functional and cross-functional initiatives with enterprise strategy and business objectives
- Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, driving stakeholder alignment, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Develops and delivers executive-ready communications, translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations; facilitate leadership briefings and decision-making forums with confidence and executive presence
- Evaluates current-state processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery, supporting continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Identifies risks, opportunities, and improvement areas that enhance leadership effectiveness, operational performance, and strategic execution
- Defines, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) by building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide leaders with visibility into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressive experience in leadership, operations, or strategic roles, including formal management experience
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS or a related field and (15) fifteen years of Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting Process Improvement experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Travel up to 50%
