Responsibilities:
Own and execute a strategic territory plan across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux to maximize retention, expansion, and upsell across Bitsight's largest enterprise accounts
Serve as the primary strategic advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders, positioning Bitsight as an essential partner in managing cyber risk at an enterprise level
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and procurement processes typical of large enterprise organizations
Articulate the business and technical value of Bitsight's product offerings to both technical and executive audiences
Establish, build, and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships across each assigned strategic account
Accurately forecast all deals monthly and quarterly to leadership, with a high degree of precision given the complexity and scale of the accounts managed
Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned enterprise clients, and align Bitsight's roadmap and value proposition accordingly
Develop and execute sophisticated account plans and multi-threaded sales campaigns for each strategic account
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Bitsight (Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance) to drive complex deal structures and resolve escalations
Anticipate and mitigate churn risk proactively across a portfolio of high-value, high-complexity accounts
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and contact information within the CRM for all strategic accounts
Job Requirements:
3-4+ years of successful, progressive experience specifically as a Strategic Account Manager (or equivalent enterprise-level account management role), managing large, complex enterprise accounts
Demonstrated experience managing Enterprise accounts, including complex multi-stakeholder relationships, long sales cycles, and large contract values
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a business discipline
SaaS experience is required
Cyber security and cyber risk management experience highly valued
Fluency in English is mandatory
Proven experience operating within the UK market required; experience in South Africa and/or Benelux markets is highly valued
Strong track record of managing and growing strategic, top-tier accounts within a portfolio, as distinct from broader-based account management
Advanced territory and contract management skills, including experience with complex, multi-year enterprise agreements
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize across a small number of high-stakes, high-complexity accounts
Advanced consultative and solution-selling skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
Demonstrated leadership skills in both independent and cross-functional team environments
Strong executive presence and relationship-building orientation
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messaging for C-level audiences
