Leads global paid search, account-based display advertising, and content syndication programs to generate qualified B2B demand and pipeline. Manages campaign strategy, optimization, budgets, vendors, analytics, dashboards, and ROI reporting. Partners with marketing, sales, creative, web, and operations teams to improve targeting, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact using platforms such as Ryze AI and 6Sense.

Build and maintain high-quality backend software for a SaaS third-party risk management platform. Own loosely defined features from technical design through delivery, develop and optimize REST APIs, work with Python frameworks, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies, and contribute to continuous engineering improvements. Preferred work includes coding agents, database modeling, big data systems, search technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux, driving retention, expansion, upsell, and churn mitigation. Build executive relationships, manage complex buying committees and contracts, develop account plans, forecast deals, communicate product value, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires SaaS and enterprise account management experience, strong consultative selling, territory and contract management, executive communication, and UK market expertise.

Own end-to-end product design for key Bitsight product areas, including discovery, research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Design AI-powered experiences for complex cybersecurity and data-rich products, conduct user research, collaborate with Product, prototype rapidly using AI tools, extend the design system, and contribute to design critique and product quality.

Own the Third-Party Risk Management product roadmap across vendor onboarding, assessments, continuous monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation. Lead customer discovery, validate opportunities, define success metrics, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to launch products and drive adoption. Apply AI, automation, and harmonized data to improve risk decision-making, reduce customer effort, and deliver actionable guidance through successful B2B enterprise products.

Build and maintain AI-assisted go-to-market infrastructure, including automated workflows, system integrations, data-quality pipelines, and enrichment and prioritization systems. Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Evaluate GTM AI tools, lead build-versus-buy decisions, migrate legacy systems, experiment with pipeline-generation workflows, and document integrations. The role requires strong SQL, programming, API, CRM, automation, and GTM process expertise.

Lead and grow a malware research team to expand victim intelligence capabilities. Develop large-scale collection strategies (sinkholing, emulation, crawlers), analyze malware and C2 channels, own triage workflows and data quality, and partner with product, engineering, and data science to convert threat telemetry into scalable product features.

Lead Salesforce configuration and BAU administration: handle end-to-end business change requests, build and maintain flows/validation rules, enforce AI-readiness and metadata hygiene, run data quality audits and dashboards, manage support queue and user provisioning, document configurations for repeatability and AI use, and assist release testing and deployment (Gearset).
