What You’ll Do:
The Store Executive plays an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by supplying the correct parts for production and managing the timely shipping of goods based on customer delivery requirements. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, this role safeguards uninterrupted production, guarantees on-time deliveries, and helps the company maintain its reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Objectives:
1. Store Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stocking, binning, and inventory organization.
- Track inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accuracy of stock records in the system.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, variances, and usage trends.
- Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards within the store area.
- Assist in training junior staff or helpers in store processes.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned.
2. Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for customers with full accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle returns, discrepancies, and damaged goods with accountability.
- 100% on-time picking and packing for production and customer orders.
3. Inventory Accuracy:
- Maintain ≥ 98% accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Trouble shoot stock discrepancies during the monthly stock take.
- Implement and maintain location-based binning systems for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly stock takes to maintain inventory integrity.
