- Conducting daily cycle count, as directed by Moog and in reference to existing Moog work instructions (SWI and BMDL documents), to verify the following:
- Quantity and inventory location are consistent with database records.
- Materials are adequately packaged, stored, and protected from deterioration.
- Perform an immediate reconciliation for any items that show a variance or deviation from the Moog ERP.
- Assisting in stock verification and reporting discrepancies or stock shortages immediately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Steel Stores area.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies while handling materials.
- Reporting any damages, nonconformities, or other issues to the warehouse management promptly.
- Provide support in the following activities once cycle count is completed or if there no scheduled count for the day:
- Storage and movement of Raw materials and non-production items.
- Coordinating with Steelstore supervisor to maintain inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Locating and put away of raw materials to storage locations.
- Locating and picking raw materials from warehouse storage locations.
- Shipment preparation
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Completed at least of 3 years of College Education or Technology Graduate with at least 6 months manufacturing experience.
- Personnel with at least 6 months experience in warehouse operations
- Must possess basic inventory and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during the day shift, 6 days a week.
- Proficiency in following safety and operational procedures.
- Ability to operate forklifts and reach truck.
- NC2 certified forklift Operator
Skills Required
- At least three years of college education or a technology graduate with at least six months of manufacturing experience
- At least six months of warehouse operations experience
- Basic inventory and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work day shift six days per week
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks
- NC2-certified forklift operator
