Job summary
As an Intelligent Automation Governance and Delivery lead in Asset and Wealth Management, you execute governance, controls, and platform operations while delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen operational resilience.
Job responsibilities
- Execute business-as-usual governance activities, ensuring reviews, approvals, and evidence are completed accurately and on time
- Own monthly control execution, including documentation, attestations, monitoring activities, and audit-ready evidence packaging
- Triage, track, and remediate control findings within defined service levels, coordinating partners through closure
- Prepare for audits by supporting walkthroughs, retrieving evidence, and responding to control inquiries
- Manage automation platform readiness, including environment setup, access coordination, and operational onboarding
- Maintain governance standards for automation and artificial intelligence modules, including runbooks, control mapping, and change processes
- Assess upcoming platform releases, communicate impacts to the community, and drive timely adoption of updates
- Maintain project tracking and documentation hygiene in standard workflow and knowledge-management tools
- Support a citizen developer community through guidance, issue triage, and coordination with technology and control partners
- Design, develop, test, release, and support production automations using UiPath and Python
- Identify opportunities to improve automation delivery through reusable templates, standards, and continuous-improvement practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Six years of end-to-end automation experience in business transformation or operations enablement
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, including Orchestrator and tenant administration in a cloud environment
- Strong Python development skills for building and troubleshooting production-grade solutions
- Strong experience executing controls and operating within enterprise governance and audit-readiness expectations
- Ability to translate automation standards into clear, day-to-day operating procedures
- Experience supporting both attended and unattended automation delivery and production support
- Experience coordinating platform setup, readiness, or migration activities across stakeholders
- Working knowledge of agentic automation concepts and large language model–assisted development workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, technology, and governance and control partners
- Proficiency with project intake and tracking tools used for delivery and support workflows
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with disciplined execution and clear communication
