Develop, maintain, and support NX CAM post-processors using Post Builder/Post Configurator. Owns the Commercial Aircraft Group’s unconstrained demand plan across original equipment, aftermarket, and MRO segments. Leads monthly Demand Reviews, develops statistical and assumption-based forecasts, monitors forecast accuracy and bias, and aligns demand with supply, inventory, financial, and operational plans. The role manages demand planning processes, master data governance, executive reporting, system initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration using SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, and Power BI.

Serves as the primary quality liaison with suppliers, evaluating and auditing suppliers, monitoring quality performance, reviewing first article inspections, resolving nonconformances, driving corrective actions, and conducting root cause analyses. The role supports continuous improvement, maintains supplier quality metrics, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include resolving design, manufacturing, assembly, and test issues; evaluating nonconformances; conducting root-cause and corrective-action analyses; creating work instructions and test procedures; supporting production equipment; coordinating cross-functional problem resolution; and implementing design changes. The role is onsite in Salt Lake City and requires up to 5% travel to customers and suppliers.

Manages configuration management across aerospace and defense product lifecycles, including product baselines, engineering changes, configuration records, audits, status accounting, and compliance verification. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, supply chain, customers, and government agencies. Develops configuration plans, supports change control boards and audits, maintains synchronization across enterprise systems, and drives process improvements and digital engineering initiatives.

Design, develop, maintain, and debug embedded software and firmware for military and aerospace systems. Responsibilities include developing embedded Linux board support packages, bootloaders, kernels, configuration tools, shell and Python scripts, and C/C++ applications. The engineer will support FPGA-related development, troubleshoot software and system issues, create software release documentation, and perform ongoing code maintenance in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Manage supplier quality across lifecycle: conduct supplier assessments and audits, resolve nonconformances with CAPA, approve supplier documentation (PPAP, control plans, FMEA), support NPI, perform root cause analysis, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement using aerospace quality standards and AS9145 concepts. Travel ~25%.

Supports Power & Data business operations through market and customer assessments, opportunity pipelines, business cases, cross-selling strategies, dashboards, decision-support models, and stakeholder presentations. The intern contributes to project planning and execution while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary onsite team.

Designs and integrates analogue and digital electronic and electrical solutions for complex aircraft test systems. Responsibilities include architecture, requirements definition, detailed design, verification, validation, technical documentation, safety compliance, root-cause investigations, supplier collaboration, and technical reviews. The role supports multi-axis, closed-loop servo-hydraulic and electromechanical systems, including PLCs, motor drives, safety equipment, and production acceptance testing.
