Lead global enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs from planning through implementation and continuous improvement. The role also supports acquisition due diligence, government registrations, export licensing transfers, and contract novations. Regular domestic and international travel is required, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.

Sets up and operates manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, hobbing machines, and gear shapers. Reads complex blueprints and GD&T, plans machining sequences, edits G-code and M-code, manages tooling and offsets, and performs precision inspections. Meets production targets, troubleshoots equipment and tooling issues, supports programming and engineering teams, mentors junior operators, and contributes to 5S, Kaizen, and process-improvement initiatives.

Leads strategic military aircraft development programs from execution through qualification and new product introduction maturity.
