Onsite fall 2026 IT/Data Analytics intern supporting the Cost & Pricing team. Lead application support for Infor LN and related enterprise systems. Troubleshoot incidents, manage user access and security, support audits/compliance, plan deployments and upgrades, partner with stakeholders on enhancements, maintain documentation, and mentor a small team of application analysts.

Support manufacturing quality by executing QMS requirements, performing AS9102 First Article Inspections, conducting audits, training staff, managing corrective actions, and maintaining incoming/outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Perform static and fatigue stress analysis for aerospace actuation components and assemblies. Produce stress calculations, summaries and reports; review/approve drawings; support test specification/review and investigation activities; share knowledge within the stress group and engage with peers, management and customers on stress-related matters.

Lead and deliver complex commercial aircraft programs from concept through delivery. Own schedule, cost, quality, risk, contracts, customer relationships, and financial performance while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams and developing program leadership and reporting to senior management.

Coordinate all aspects of outbound shipping including preparing shipping paperwork and commercial invoices, processing international shipments via customer portals, and liaising with transport agents. Maintain 5S workplace standards, ensure HSE compliance, record stock movements accurately, and collaborate with material controllers and production staff to resolve daily priorities and support continuous improvement.

Provide systems engineering for design, integration, test, and verification of electro-mechanical turret and fire-control subsystems. Develop control algorithms, build dynamic models and simulations, define hardware/software interfaces, support lab and field testing, interface with customers and suppliers, and generate technical documentation. Provide technical leadership and test support.

Lead process development, change management, and continuous improvement to achieve CMMI Level 3 across engineering. Create change management strategy, implement updated processes and training, manage budgets and team performance, resolve resource/process gaps, brief executives, and represent engineering transformation across business units to improve program and product lifecycle performance.

Lead quality engineering from proposal to product delivery: develop proactive quality methods, analyze/process improvements, manage MRBs/FRBs, support suppliers, ensure AS9100 compliance, prepare EIDP reports, and provide manufacturing support in an electronics aerospace environment.

Lead quality engineering for missile/defense programs: ensure contract compliance, develop inspection plans, drive root cause analysis, support failure analysis, SPC/DOE, and continuous process improvement.

Lead architecture and design of high-reliability spacecraft/defense power electronics (DC-DC converters, inverters, BMS). Perform circuit design, simulation, component selection, PCB/thermal/EMI guidance, hardware bring-up, verification, and qualification. Mentor engineers and collaborate across systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet aerospace reliability requirements.

Lead architecture and design of high-reliability spacecraft and defense power electronics (DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, BMS). Perform circuit design, simulation, component selection, guide PCB layout/thermal/EMI, lead bring-up, verification, and qualification. Mentor engineers, develop specifications, test plans, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet aerospace reliability and environmental requirements.

Develop, maintain, and support NX CAM post-processors using Post Builder/Post Configurator. Field user requests, deliver software, set technical standards, train engineering staff, support NX CAM configurations and enterprise CAM processes, and manage post procurement and sustainment across global manufacturing sites.

Lead and architect high-speed digital PCB designs for space applications, perform SI/PI and worst-case/derating analyses, define design rules and EMI/EMC mitigations, mentor engineers, conduct failure investigations, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

Support the Supply Chain & Logistics team in collaborating with sourcing, operations, and supplier development. Tasks may include data analytics, documentation, government contracting compliance, small business supplier support, and evaluating AI use cases. Provide input on project processes and represent Moog professionally.

Perform conceptual design, analysis, integration, verification and validation of space/actuation systems. Create simulation models, requirements, V&V plans, and test reports; support subsystem integration, troubleshooting, and technical communication with customers and suppliers.

Lead systems architecture, requirements development/decomposition, modeling and simulation, verification/validation, integration and test for space avionics systems. Interface with customers and suppliers, produce reports and proposals, maintain traceability, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead deployment of Lean practices and automation in operations to improve throughput, reduce queue/TAKT/unplanned downtime. Develop software and ATE automation, use MS apps and AI tools for communication, data-driven decisions, and increased process automation.

Design and evaluate robust, high-reliability linear and rotary electromechanical actuators using multidisciplinary analysis (mechanical, structural dynamics, electrical, thermal). Lead integrated product teams, interpret customer requirements, predict system-level performance, and select optimal solutions. Support integration and testing; travel up to 25% as required.
