Design and develop high-speed digital circuits and FPGA firmware for flight control and weapons-bay actuators. Perform trade studies, schematic capture, PCB requirements, testbench and simulation-based verification, prototype and integration testing, signal integrity and power/timing analysis, and produce technical documentation and presentations for aerospace programs.

Manage budget, schedule, risk, requirements, test procedures, failure investigations, and serve as customer technical point of contact.

Support design, procurement, manufacture, testing, and verification of spaceflight electronic hardware. Document requirements, author/execute test procedures, troubleshoot electronics to component level, manage BOMs, lead FRB/RCCA activities, and coordinate cross-functional product development.

Manage outside-processing (OSP) subcontractors across Asia, owning supplier relationships, performance, cost, schedule, quality, and compliance. Lead subcontract sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with internal functions and reporting performance to leadership. Support export/import regulations and supplier capacity/capability assessments; travel and flexible hours required.

Lead system-level reliability and safety engineering for complex electromechanical, hydraulic, and electronic aerospace systems. Perform reliability predictions, FMECA, FTA, PLOC, PoF, CMA, BIT coverage, and test strategy development. Mentor juniors, support proposals, advise cross-functional teams, and present analyses to customers and certification authorities to manage program risk and warranty/exposure.

Develop and execute external communications and PR strategy; assess existing messaging; build media relationships; draft press releases, statements, and talking points; establish scalable PR processes and templates; collaborate cross-functionally; manage rapid-response and crisis communications.

Design, simulate, and troubleshoot power converters and supplies (10W–10kW+). Lead small teams, perform magnetics and thermal design, manage EMI/EMC, develop prototypes and testing, select components, and provide occasional field/customer support.
