Lead integration of internal control requirements into major ERP and finance transformations (SAP S/4, ERP modernization). Define future-state controls, partner with IT and business teams to close control gaps, design automated controls, maintain control documentation, support impact assessments, and provide executive reporting on readiness and post-go-live stabilization.

Lead and maintain enterprise control framework (SOX/ICFR), govern control standards and deficiency remediation, partner with finance, IT, and auditors, drive control rationalization, produce executive reporting, and support control platform administration and owner accountability.

Support manufacturing projects and process improvements for medical device production: execute ECNs, troubleshoot production issues, train staff, maintain test equipment, analyze RMAs/NCRs, prepare procedures and documentation, and serve as a technical resource under engineering leadership.

Process, quote, and monitor repair orders; prepare and maintain sales/repair orders and KPI reports; support order processing, inside sales, supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery and accurate repair data.

Design and package spacecraft avionics hardware using SolidWorks, perform structural and thermal analyses (closed-form and FEA), document results, plan and support environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal), support manufacturing integration and nonconformance disposition, and collaborate with systems, electrical, manufacturing, test, and program teams to meet schedule, cost, and technical goals.

Lead overall operations for a business unit, develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies, drive cost and lead-time improvements, manage delivery and capacity planning, coordinate cross-functional teams (Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality), and ensure personnel development and policy administration.

Responsible for assessing, setting up, tuning, and troubleshooting flight and driving simulator systems. Acts as primary technical customer interface, performs in-house testing, leads FATs/SATs, supports sales and training, and translates customer needs into product improvement proposals. Frequent travel to customer sites (up to 40%) and hands-on mechanical, electrical, and control-system work required.

Provide technical support for electronics products in production: troubleshoot assembly and test issues, maintain product integrity, drive producibility and quality improvements, manage ECN/CRB and MRB processes, lead root-cause corrective actions, create work instructions/ATP, track FPY and cost metrics, coordinate with suppliers/customers, and train operations. Onsite in East Aurora, NY; travel ~5–15%.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process, and purchased materials; conduct audits of assembly and test activities; support statistical quality control and training; provide technical assistance, report nonconformances, and certify workstations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.

Coordinate daily aftermarket service activities: log incidents, schedule field service engineers, prepare parts/tools, create quotes in SAP, ensure technician reporting and invoicing, manage SLAs/licenses, communicate with customers/internal stakeholders, track trends, maintain knowledge base and critical spares, and drive continuous improvement.

Operate and set up CNC lathe with milling capabilities to produce high-precision aerospace components. Inspect parts, adjust gaging equipment, detect deviations, and interpret complex drawings including GD&T, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets. Follow escalation paths and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality and compliance.

Lead and coordinate production and development programs for military aircraft, ensuring contract compliance, on-time delivery, budget and schedule control, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and customer communication. Support proposals and business capture; manage multiple projects and transition hardware/electronics to production while maintaining quality and financial performance.

Support test engineering for military aircraft: develop, execute, and track tests for products; provide technical support to engineers; contribute to project processes and strategies; work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams and represent Moog professionally.

Design and develop hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic test equipment and systems for aerospace and defense products. Lead design efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform trade studies and analyses, prepare proposals and cost estimates, validate requirements, and support assembly and verification testing to meet budget and schedule goals.

Design and detail complex mechanical components and assemblies for space actuation systems. Create and check CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and tolerancing. Collaborate with systems, quality, customers, and vendors to ensure manufacturable, cost-effective designs that meet requirements.

Work with suppliers to improve product quality, processes, and delivery. Perform supplier assessments, support supplier qualification and corrective actions, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant, timely supply of components and assemblies.

Lead and manage the Hydraulic Assembly & Test value stream, driving operational performance (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, financials). Implement continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen), standard work, visual management, capacity planning, coaching and development, and deliver customer support while managing operations leaders and technicians to achieve business goals.

Create detailed manufacturing instructions and NC programs for machined parts; establish tooling, gaging, and fixture concepts; review drawings for producibility; support shop-floor program prove-out and troubleshooting; estimate setup/run/tooling hours and costs; lead process improvement and train junior engineers/technicians.

Lead SAP S/4HANA technical delivery for a large ERP transformation, overseeing architecture, Basis, security, development, integration, data, testing, controls, and cutover. Manage blended onshore/offshore teams and vendors, enforce delivery governance and quality gates, mitigate risks, and provide executive reporting to ensure successful go-live and transition to support in a regulated manufacturing/aerospace environment.

Lead strategic business development for Space and Defense markets, manage a capture team, develop and execute growth and capture strategies, build executive-level customer and industry partnerships, and support proposals through contract award to drive revenue and profitability.
