Your Primary Focus Is To
Oversee and manage revenue streams, control expenses, and ensure profitability through strong P&L management
Relay clear, concise information, updates, and feedback between HQ and branch teams
Efficiently manage payroll, control overtime, and balance labor costs with operational needs
Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management
Develop teams to achieve company goals and manage high-volume customer transactions
Inspire and guide teams, maintain alignment with company goals, and deliver excellent customer service
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives
Education & Experience
Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective financial management and strategic planning
Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and ensuring optimal customer service delivery
Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve company objectives
Strong background in P&L management

Financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
Preferred experience in rental car or service-related businesses
