Wakam assure la conception de produits d'assurances sur-mesure qui sont ensuite commercialisés par des partenaires distributeurs (courtiers, insurtech, retailers) sur un modèle B2B2C en marque blanche. Pour accompagner la forte croissance de l'entreprise, Wakam est à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre Office Digital.
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe GenAI, encadré(e) par notre Head of Architecture, vous participerez au développement et à l'optimisation d'assistants IA et d'agents autonomes.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Comprendre et mettre en œuvre les techniques de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pour améliorer les capacités des assistants IA
- Réaliser des frameworks d'évaluation pour mesurer les performances des assistants
- Contribuer au développement de cas d'usage avancés impliquant des agents autonomes
- Collecter et analyser les métriques de performance des assistants
- Participer à l'optimisation des prompts et des paramètres des modèles
- Aider à la formation des équipes internes sur l'utilisation de la plateforme GenAI
- Documenter les processus techniques et créer des guides d'utilisation
✯ Profil recherché
- Vous suivez actuellement des études en Data Science & Intelligence Artificielle / Software Engineering spécialité Intelligence Artificielle ou domaine équivalent (Bac+4/5)
- Vous avez de fortes capacités d'analyse et de réflexion et savez également être dans l'action et orienté.e résultats
- Vous êtes curieux, autonome et agile
- Excellente maîtrise du français, oral et écrit ; l'anglais est un grand plus
- Bonne connaissance de Python et de son écosystème data science
- Une première expérience ou connaissance des LLMs et du NLP est un plus
