Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, hello, hiya, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Program managing some of the most complex, cross-Supergroup initiatives that directly contribute to our highest priority Company Goals
- Partnering with Group Leadership to deliver Canva's highest priority, multi-disciplinary programs
- Influencing senior stakeholders on delivery trade-offs, sequencing, and company-wide process decisions
- Improving how the group delivers: planning hygiene, roadmap visibility, decision-making practices, cross-team governance, and scalable ways of working
- Supporting engineering leads through goal planning and beyond: shaping milestones, prioritisation, estimation, and capacity planning
- Tracking delivery status, managing risk, and untangling dependencies across teams and groups
- Building the partnerships and culture that get people aligned, accountable, and moving fast
You're probably a match if
- You have a minimum of 10 years TPM experience at a SaaS company
- You've operated at Staff TPM scope in complex product or platform organisations, including large-scale delivery across 100+ people with dependencies spanning the company
- You have proven experience in multi-geo management, specifically bridging ANZ, US and East/Southeast Asian teams
- You've driven delivery for complex web applications and highly complex engineering environments, ideally with teams working in Video, Computer Graphics or Rendering technologies
- You have a deep understanding of product development methodologies and are comfortable with technical concepts, systems and practices
- You've worked closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver key company initiatives
- You lead through influence, not authority, and you're comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, shifting environment
- You have demonstrated technical leadership, including the ability to lead change to engineering process, so teams stay clear, aligned and accountable
- You think strategically but you're hands-on: you make things happen, not just plan them
- You're motivated to build an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where a diverse team can do their best work
