Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of large-scale, enterprise systems, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
  • Drive API development and integrate with internal and external systems to enable seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Define and enforce design standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across teams and projects.
  • Make technology decisions aligned with long-term platform and business strategy.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools for efficient coding, design, testing, and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure platform reliability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technical roadmap planning.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data and maintain compliance.
  • Champion agile methodologies and drive process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master' s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines with 12+ years of industry experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Enterprise application development, deployment and maintenance
  • Strong experience in UI technologies – Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Experience with Node.js and/or Java
  • Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS using services like EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, with a deep focus on reliability and cost optimisation
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQLite
  • Expert-level experience with GitHub Copilot or similar Gen-AI coding tools
  • Experience in integrating MFE apps and second/third-party systems
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development framework
  • Strong experience in Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, software architecture concepts, and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and design-thinking skills
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for building secure, cross‑application solutions.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting expertise

  • Experience modernizing legacy enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to security, compliance, and observability tooling
  • Security experience in containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
