Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and guidance to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment with clear communication and defined roles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Service Tower leads, Engineers and project team members
- Deliver regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Track workstream responsibilities, establish milestones, monitor progress, and escalate issues to the Program Manager as needed
- Manage workstream risks, actions, issues, and decision logs; implement continuous risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges.
- Primary working hours will be during standard business hours on weekdays (Eastern Time).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to lead large-scale workstreams or multiple concurrent workstreams from initiation through successful delivery
Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
