The Blackbaud Donor Management team is looking for the right candidate to join us as Staff Product Manager, working on the portfolio of solutions within this Product Pillar team. This in an incredibly exciting and important role in transforming a key part of the product portfolio, driving step-function improvements in customer outcomes, automation, delightful user experiences, and higher product margins.
We're looking for a market-driven Product Manager to collaborate cross-functionally and execute the product lifecycle with a focus on high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and cross-functional execution. You will guide product development, execute the product roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales to launch successful products.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements and create clear, consistent user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized backlogs in our constituent relationship management and analytics solutions.
Ensure requirements align with Engineering, Corporate IT, Cyber Security, Finance and Infrastructure Engineering, and Cloud Operations priorities and workflows.
Partner with Design, Marketing and Solutions teams to plan, execute and launch new features and enhancements across product lines.
Monitor and analyze the performance, usage and feedback of the database system, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
Lead the adoption of products throughout the organization and with our customers.
Provide guidance on the prioritization of product backlogs to guide product teams in developing capabilities.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience within Product Management
Ability to run critical initiatives and are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization.
A pragmatic understanding of technologies, systems, and tools in an ever-changing environment and ability to prioritize and can support your decision-making through data and narrative.
Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to deliver products that meet required standards of quality, security and operability
