Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Sr. Principal Integration Engineering Lead to join our team of diverse professionals. The integration lead will directly support The Product Support CoTE organization.
This role may be located in Melbourne, FL; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; South Bay (El Segundo / Redondo Beach / Manhattan Beach), CA; and Oklahoma City, OK. *Remote/Hybrid work May also be considered for this role*
As the Product Support integration Engineer you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and integration of Product Support functions. They will be responsible for the NGAS Product Support process baseline, sub-discipline coordination, and consolidating discipline strategic initiatives driven by Enterprise and Sector.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the CoTE to partner with all NGAS programs to understand priorities and develop common solutions to benefit multiple efforts. They will directly report to the Product Support CoTE Director on all enterprise and sector strategic initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving common people processes across Product Support; manage NGAS Product Support process baseline including PrOP, Nimbus, and PAL repositories.
Responsible for ensuring Product Support tools are developed with a requirements-based approach and deployed and utilized consistently across programs.
Understanding of software development and configuration management principles.
Lead or facilitate Stakeholder review of process packages through AS Engineering TRB.
Integrate Product Support processes, tools, and training in collaboration with SI&O across all NGAS sites and programs.
Executing pivotal initiatives with functional and program counterparts focused on Product Support annual objectives and key results (OKR’s) in alignment with long-range strategic plan (LRSP).
Providing guidance for technical training and skills development initiatives across Product Support and coordinating on broader skills development initiatives across all Engineering with SI&O to influence outcomes.
Conduct / support Independent Review Teams (IRTs), non-advocate reviews (NARs) and color team reviews for Program milestones and proposals.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university, with 12 years of engineering experience or Masters in STEM and 10 years of engineering experience
Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
Must have an active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
Active US Government TS clearance with current Special Program access.
Experience in the aerospace defense acquisition community.
Experience in multiple disciplines (Ex. Reliability & Maintainability, Prognostic Health Management, Modeling & Simulation, Obsolescence, Support Equipment, Logistics Support Analysis, Support Hardware, Technical Publications, Fleet & Field Support, Training and Supportable Low Observables).
Significant experience with Earned Value Management.
Proven experience in a Section or Department Manager role.
Experience in test case development, integration and test, and agile methodologies.
