Lead Atlassian adoption and digital transformation efforts for Aeronautics Systems. Serve as sector Atlassian super user, develop best practices, training (train-the-trainer), track digital maturity and value, standardize tool usage, and support implementation with occasional travel. Lead regional production operations for multiple sites, owning planning, property, logistics, shipping/receiving, MRP/ERP execution, production scheduling, inventory control, and staffing. Drive process improvements, cost management, ERP implementations, cross-functional coordination, KPIs, and compliance with defense contracting and configuration management requirements.

Manage and lead classified systems administration staff supporting information system lifecycle and classified networks.
