You will be responsible for Build local Validation & Calibration SOP
• You will be responsible for Build full Validation & Calibration process SOP for China region based on global existing procedures
• Consider necesseities in the process, and ensure the SOP is cost-effective
• Maintain & Adjust SOP for continuous improvement
• Buid evaluation method for application & calibration for team approval
• Share information with commercial Asia & China VPs and other relevant functions to ensure the teamwork for approvals and customer partnership
Manage solution Validation & Calibration process
• You will be responsible for Make timeplan for solution product validation & calibration process
• Design DoE for testing
• Perform tests in proving gound or open road
• Undertake test data collection, preprocessing and analysis
• Diagnose problems and report issues to global algorithm teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing
• Create customized algorithms and apply artificial intelligence, together with global stakeholders, to generate impmentable actions to address customer needs
• You will be responsible forManage innovative solution evaluation & proof of concept operations
Assist on customer technical support:
• You will be responsible for Be the customer on-site support to establish service procedure and deploy various service solutions;
• React promptly on all issues diagonositics if needed;
• Ensure tire intelligence functionality, monitor data and propose corrective actions with customer;
• You will be responsible for Educate customers and service providers on the latest GY intelligent tools and procedure to ensure application & feedback collection;
• You will be responsible for Support business development on technical assistance
