Varsity Spirit Choreography Staff is looking for great people to join our team for choreography camps. A fun and exciting position with a company whose mission is to elevate the student experience and create memorable experiences for young people.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Choreographers will be expected to be successful teachers, mentors, choreographers, and teammates.
- Choreographers will be trained on teaching techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Scheduled based on the need of events in your area.
- Seasonal variable hour and/or part-time employee, working hours will be dependent on the event worked and the role assigned.
- Choreographers will create and teach choreography tailored to team skill levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Experienced and skilled in choreography instruction
- Able to work independently and as a team, create effective solutions, demonstrate strong choreography design and on-site leadership skills
- Ability to travel to trainings and camp locations and meet minimum requirements for availability during certain months.
- Ability to work directly with athletes while standing and/or remaining on your feet for up to 6–8 hours per day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks
