Job Summary
To develop, manage & coordinate IBL local parts flows and operations to Aguascalientes plants, through analysis, execution & planning to logistics concepts in order to assure NMEX production, leading planning process, logistics plan execution for ground transportation, with focus on optimal operation, human resources development and management, QCTS concepts, KPIS, tracking & Nissan Way thinking.
Operation: Bought Out parts ground transportation, In-house parts transportation, Last mile logistics.
Scope: All NMEX plants, Parts suppliers, Maintenance suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & cross functional projects execution.
- Technical specifications to request logistics suppliers.
- NMX Data validation and consolidation for dashboard creation.
- Circuits and drivers performance tracking.
- Define operational strategies to face risk situations.
- Business partners contract administration (active and approval).
- Budget estimation.
- OPEX / CAPEX execution and supervision
- QCTS management
- KPI´s design, implementation & improvement
- Human resources development
- Drive improve performance in logistics flows and their redesign.
- Develop and test new flows.
- Accomplishment of DOA’s process
- NMEX assets taking advantage through best management.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Language: English (> 600 Pts. TOEIC)
- Work schedule change %: 100%.
- Must have: Teamwork, Personnel Management, Responsible, Proactive, Organized, Planning and Leadership, self-motivated, work under pressure, crisis management.

Years of Experience:
- 2 years of experience in related operations
Education/Certifications:
- Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree related (Industrial/ business management or similar) or higher.
Previous Work Experience:
- Domestic logistics and shipping coordination.
- Direct and milk run logistics schemes.
- Domestic logistics and shipping coordination.
- Transport normativity and regulations.
- Special transportation for blanking and raw material.
- Manufacturing operations knowledge.
- Transportation Service Technical Specifications development.
- Project Management (Scheduling preparation by Gantt Chart)
- Project execution (Milestone accomplishment/supervision)
- Incoterms knowledge
- Certifications and regulations (CTPAT & OEA)
- Route re-engineering
- KPI´ establishment
- Supply chain management (risk management)
- Cross docking.
