We collaborate across the organization to develop compelling partner programs, create targeted content, and execute marketing initiatives that generate value for both Semtech and our partners. Through these efforts, we help expand our market reach and accelerate revenue growth in the IoT and wireless solutions space.

Job Summary:

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of Semtech's channel marketing strategies and programs to drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create partner-focused content, implement marketing campaigns, and support partner relationships. The position requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to effectively contribute to the success of channel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of channel-oriented content and marketing programs that drive value through our partner ecosystem. Create and update sales tools, content assets, and marketing materials for channel partners (35%)
  •  Assist in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners. Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities with partners and serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives (30%)
  • Track, measure, and report on channel marketing program performance. Gather data, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize program effectiveness and ROI (20%)
  • Support the planning and execution of partner-focused events, including the annual Global Partner Summit, webinars, and other channel engagement activities (15%)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with some exposure to channel or partner marketing
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Basic analytical skills to track and report on marketing program performance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
