Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all HR processes.
- Manage and submit employee data changes, validate accuracy of change forms, and maintain employment and departmental records in line with retention policies.
- Utilize HR dashboards to monitor compliance, track outstanding actions, and follow up as needed, including ensuring proper processes during employee terminations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to confirm data, streamline workflows, and create efficiencies that enhance the employee and leader experience.
- Act as a liaison between HR and the business, delivering timely feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Experience:
· 4 years of experience.
Skills:
· Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
· Bachelor's degree.
