Job Description/Responsibilities:

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experienced professional position.
  • Works under limited supervision and problems are moderately complex.
  • Responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and training to others in job area.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.
  • Track record of attaining a $2M USD or above annual quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring the company's profitability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly appreciated
  • 5+ years of direct sales/High Touch Sales experience for financial sector with a proven track record of top performance and direct quota-carrying experience
  • Excellent presentation skills, as this is a client-facing role within the organization
