Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Experienced professional position.
- Works under limited supervision and problems are moderately complex.
- Responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and training to others in job area.
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.
- Track record of attaining a $2M USD or above annual quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Skillfully negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring the company's profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly appreciated
- 5+ years of direct sales/High Touch Sales experience for financial sector with a proven track record of top performance and direct quota-carrying experience
- Excellent presentation skills, as this is a client-facing role within the organization
