What You'll Do:
- Apply design-thinking methodologies to craft best-in-class product experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs and feature requirements.
- Rapidly iterate on designs, align on direction, and create prototypes as needed.
- Lead or support user research efforts for discovery and design validation.
- Present designs and research findings, partner with developers for implementation, and monitor the impact of deployed design system changes.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in complex domains; proven success in transforming complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Deep knowledge of inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for building libraries and prototypes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing visually appealing, user-friendly designs required; experience in AI is a strong plus. Candidates that have not provided a portfolio will not be considered.
