Job Description:
Senior Treasury Analyst
Job Summary:
This position contributes to the company’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the cash forecasting process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily treasury processes and transactions including prior day cash activity reconciliation, current day cash positioning, positive pay and ACH exceptions, and initiating wire payment requests in compliance with policies
- Manage cash flow and interest expense forecast models, review variance analysis, and support efforts to improve accuracy
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external banking partners to implement strategic and operational improvements in support of business growth, enhanced controls and efficiencies
- Provide analytical support to the Treasury Manager and Assistant Treasurer for key Treasury operation processes
- Manage preparation of Treasury-related month and quarter-end close and reporting activities
- Prepare Accounts Receivable Monetization settlements and related reporting
- Analyze and effectively manage bank fees
- Oversee the maintenance and issuance of standby letters of credit and similar instruments
- Support banking administration including bank account management, signatory administration, opening/closing accounts, KYC support, and other documentation
- Prepare physical check deposits ensuring that all checks have the appropriate general ledger information for posting
Education, Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 2-4 years working in Treasury, or a related financial field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience with PIVOT tables and charts, VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, SUMIF/S, and IF functions
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proven to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High ethical standards

- This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
