Travel Consultant – Global EMM, Mumbai

Our Specialized Travel Consultants work in a high-touch service environment to book travel and accommodation for our top clients within the Energy, Mining & Marine (EMM) sector. Working as part of a brand-new team, you’ll provide creative and timely travel solutions for the people who keep the world’s energy moving. If you’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy an environment that prioritizes quality of interactions over quantity of calls, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Advise and Arrange: Handle domestic and international business travel for seafarers.
- Marine Logistics: Navigate the specific requirements of marine and offshore bookings, ensuring crew changes and specialized travel plans run smoothly.
- Master the GDS: Use your expertise in Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo to navigate complex fares and itineraries.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Communicate via phone, chat, and email to provide proactive advice, ensuring travelers stay safe and within policy.
- Focus on Quality: Work with your team to hit customer satisfaction goals and service metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Expertise: A solid background in travel. Direct experience with marine and offshore bookings is key, including knowledge of specialized fares and the pace of the energy sector.
- GDS Expertise: Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.).
- 24/7 Flexibility: As we support the global energy workforce, you are comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Service Heart: A passion for excellence and a proactive approach to helping customers.
- Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written skills.
- Integrity: A high level of attention to detail and care for personal traveler data.
