Job Summary
As a Senior Associate - Recruiting within Firmwide Functions/Corporate - Risk Management, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across departments. You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions, drive candidate engagement, and support broader talent management initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide consultative guidance, and deliver a diverse slate of candidates will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance for Firmwide Functions roles - Risk management Business, ranging from Analyst to Vice President level.
- Conduct requirement intake meetings with hiring managers, advising on recruitment best practices, controls, and policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates, adjusting strategies based on feedback and market trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and managing expectations throughout the process.
- Educate candidates on career opportunities, firm culture and benefits to ensure successful offer closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and present a diverse slate of candidates across skills.
- Study and present market data and competitive insights to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
Contribute to projects such as market mapping and confidential talent search initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Qualified graduate with minimum of 8 yrs of relevant experience in full life cycle recruiting, especially in Banking & Financial Services Organizations
- Experience in managing the hiring efforts for Corporate Functions, especially Risk Management and Compliance / Control Management is essential
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills with both clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and the ability to negotiate complex offers.
- Prior experience using PowerPoint, Excel and Word to analyze and present hiring and market data.
