As a Sr Technology Consultant in Apps & AI you´ll support the pre-sales process with solution shaping and be involved in implementing those solutions, providing oversight and leadership on workstreams across domains while adhering to Industry Solutions processes and security initiatives. You will align solutions with the intent of the architecture and provide input on staffing and skill requirements to define delivery capacity to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers. You will help identify opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of cloud and Microsoft technologies, facilitating, as appropriate, other team members to scale the business with existing customers by articulating value propositions of strategic Microsoft products and services and developing new offerings for the domain. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 80% from home

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical, and security requirements and provide industry and technical input/ solution to shape the deal.
• Map customer requirements to adopt and optimize Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions, with emphasis on Azure AI, Copilot Agents, application development, and data modernization.
• Support drafting proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architectures, staffing requirements, and delivery estimates by contributing technical guidance and reusable solution approaches.
• Communicate the business value of planned solutions to customers and partners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Facilitate technical workshops and customer conversations that explain architecture decisions, implementation approaches, security considerations, and expected business outcomes.
• Identify technical and business risks across programs and projects, propose mitigations, and communicate dependencies, tradeoffs, and delivery considerations to customers and internal teams.
• Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, maintaining a security-first mindset and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service and Support, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Group) as needed.
• Act as an ambassador in the consumption of intellectual property (IP) by leveraging and/or modifying existing IP or creating repeatable content where applicable, and by providing feedback to improve Industry Solutions offerings and scale delivery quality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in technology solutioning and consulting OR equivalent experience
  
• This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• AI Experience
  • LLM Orchestration & Agent Frameworks
    Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph, building multi-step chains, tool integrations, and agent-based workflows.
  • Azure AI Ecosystem
    Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry, including model deployment, capacity management, embeddings, and integration with Azure AI Search (Vector Search).
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    Ability to design and implement RAG solutions optimized for performance, accuracy, and cost, using Azure-native services and/or orchestration frameworks.
  • Agent-Based Design & Scaling
    Experience designing and implementing Agent Factory / AI Factory patterns, including reusable templates, shared components, governance standards, accelerators, and controlled autonomy to enable scaling across business domains.
  • Agent Capabilities & Enterprise Integration
    Knowledge of tool/function calling, connected agents, tool catalogs, and integration with enterprise APIs, including capabilities such as code execution, document processing, and web/data grounding.
  • Event-Driven AI Systems
    Experience designing event-driven agents reacting to enterprise signals such as queues, documents, tickets, emails, and operational workflows.
  • Prompt Engineering & Observability
    Strong understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, caching strategies, and LLM observability/monitoring practices.
  • Evaluation & Quality Frameworks
    Experience defining and executing evaluation strategies, including golden dataset creation, dataset curation, metric design, and use of frameworks such as RAGAS or Azure AI Foundry Evaluation SDK.
  • Responsible AI
    Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles, including security, guardrails, red teaming, AI safety, and ethical considerations.

  Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.
  Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, YAML, PowerShell, and Python scripting, including automated testing (unit and UI).
• Cloud Platform Expertise
  Deep knowledge of Azure cloud platform services, including compute, networking, identity, data, and AI services.
• Development Languages
  Proficiency in modern programming languages, such as C#, JavaScript, and Python.

• Data & Application Foundations
• Data & Analytics
  Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks.
• Application Lifecycle Management
  Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including full ownership across the application lifecycle.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in relevant area of business.
  
• Technical certifications based on domain (Azure Administrator Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer or similar).
  
• Advanced in Professional Spanish
