- Translate technical discovery and architectural decisions into realistic execution plans across design, development, testing, rollout, and adoption measurement.
- Monitor delivery and operational success metrics, including milestone attainment, release readiness, service health, quality signals, and adoption outcomes.
- Support engineering trust initiatives that improve reliability, security, compliance, performance, cost visibility, and engineering productivity.
- Champion delivery best practices and mentor other TPMs to scale strong execution across Alteryx.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or complex software delivery in cloud or platform-focused environments.
- Proven track record leading large cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams, especially where architecture, infrastructure, security, and product delivery intersect.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud platform concepts, including distributed systems, microservices, APIs, identity and access management, observability, networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience delivering platform, execution, enterprise SaaS, compliance, or trust-focused programs in partnership with Trust, Security, GRC, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.
- Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle practices, with the judgment to adapt process to team and program needs.
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and related planning and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, create structure in evolving problem spaces, and drive alignment across technical and leadership stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor updates for engineers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a bias toward action and a track record of unblocking teams.
- Experience using AI tools productively to improve planning, communication, analysis, or execution workflows.
- Familiarity with identity and trust concepts such as service principals, delegation or token-based auth patterns, Zero Trust principles, RBAC, and auditability.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, data platforms, or AI-enabled product environments.
- Familiarity with V2MOM planning and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
