  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong working relationships and effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and executive teams, actively soliciting feedback and incorporating it into the product development process.

  • Internal Customer Engagement: Build empathy for our internal development teams, understanding their pain points and needs related to application development and translating these insights into the roadmap. Leverage strong relationships to advocate for best practices and define success through adoption.

  • Requirements Definition: Translate business needs and compliance requirements into clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment and understanding with engineering and design partners.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to compliance standards, with ongoing communication and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key metrics to measure the adoption, performance, and impact of our front-end shared services and compliance initiatives, sharing these insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

  • Staying Informed: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in relevant regulations to proactively adapt our product strategy, sharing relevant information and insights with internal teams.

Qualifications:
