Sr. Talent Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating management and leadership training programs and sessions.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, design, and curate learning and development programs in connection with business-aligned initiatives, management and leadership development, general employee skills and development and new employee orientation.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to understand current and future business challenges to recommend high impact talent and leadership development solutions.
  • Establish a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual online, webinars, blended and guided learning journey sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effectiveness in all phases of learning and development program lifecycle.
  • Develop and document training processes or policies.
  • Track and analyze development programs by examining learner’s satisfaction levels, proficiencies, and job performance.
  • Conduct development needs assessments with business to recommend appropriate design solutions and strategies.
  • Analyze long-term business skill gaps and needs and determine appropriate plan of action.
  • Analyze system data for learning trends, content development and improved testing measures; provide recommendations to management.
  • Coach, mentor, and train specialist and facilitators.
  • Work with external vendors to provide resources, services, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 5 years, required.
  • Master’s Degree, preferred.
  • Normal office environment; limited travel.
  • May work irregular schedule at times.

Pay Range:

  • $67,300 - $105,700/annually 

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
