Who you are:
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mexico City to join our highly collaborative People team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent across multiple regions and functions. The ideal candidate is a team player, passionate about recruiting, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while also making the candidate experience world class!
You’re flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities with ease, and skilled in building strong relationships across a global organization. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Customer Operations, Marketing, Sales, and G&A to deliver an incredible candidate experience and ensure our hiring efforts align with business needs.
What you get to do every day:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management—for roles across the U.S., EMEA, and LATAM
- Proactively source potential candidates through various hiring platforms and craft personalized, targeted outreach
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Serve as a brand ambassador for AlertMedia, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Process onboarding of new hires into our systems in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes and tools
- Leverage data and metrics to drive hiring decisions and enhance effectiveness
- Support people team related programs and events, as needed
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing strategies, and pipeline development
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse)
- You have a relentless drive to reach your goals and have a high work ethic
- You’re energized by building talent pipelines
- You’re obsessed with finding the perfect candidate for the roles you work on
- You love to learn and challenge yourself every day
- You are creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and persevere when faced with a challenge
- You are an excellent communicator with strong English speaking skills
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively as part of a global People team
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability
- A passion for connecting great people with meaningful work
- Experience with Deel platform is a plus
- Hybrid role: In-office two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) at our Mexico City/Reforma office
