Role Expectations
- Manage 3–5 active IT roles at a time
- Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48
hours
- Achieve minimum 2+ placements per month
- Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not
just post jobs to job boards)
- Use AI tools for sourcing, screening,
communication, and efficiency
- Comfortable with ATS, Automation & Workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of IT recruitment experience (5+ years of
contract hiring or client hiring)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networking,
passive outreach)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with no supervision
- Comfortable working with targets and performance
metrics
- Adaptable to changing hiring requirements
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
