About This Job
Provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance throughout.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Coaching junior staff on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques; developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
- Utilize all available networks in the market, to ensure open positions are filled as efficiently as possible.
- Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
