Sr Associate Manager HR

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Sr Associate Manager Human Resources that will help us shape our organization’s culture by taking the lead in establishing and executing Human Resource strategies that will offer support and boost engagement. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. • Partner with the Business & Functional stakeholders: create, develop and manage HR projects related to business needs, such as attrition, TMU, among others.
• Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.
• Formulate initiatives: improve Retention, satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify Professional and Holistic Development Training opportunities: organize training initiatives
• Provide Career Counseling.
• Reward Strategy: Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy
• Employee Relations: Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment
• Reporting and Analytics: Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.  Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs
• Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• 4+ years of experience in HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, GHRS, Training, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields.

• Project Management and change management skills, demonstrates curiosity to get to the root cause of the problem, with ability to prioritize and deliver
• Well versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up to date knowledge
