Responsibilities- Coordinate with vendors for new business bids. Help to coordinate the RFQ process
- Coordinate with suppliers to understand cost breakdowns and cost drivers
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing
- Excellent Project Management Experience
- Strong communication, analytical and cost negotiation skills
- Vendor management and contract management experience
- Strong cross functional experience.
