We are seeking a highly motivated Productivity Events Leader to manage and enhance our event strategy focused on process improvement and innovation. This individual will be key in planning, executing, and evaluating events to achieve organizational goals, developing best practices for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Event Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate multiple monthly events to drive productivity and engagement.
- Facilitate training programs for new event leaders, promoting skill development and leadership.
- Concept Development:
- Oversee the transition of concepts generated from events to designated ideation tools for further development.
- Implement a structured approach for pre-event preparation, execution, and post-event review.
- Collaboration:
- Work with relevant teams to ensure the establishment of a comprehensive event calendar for the upcoming years, ensuring consistent scheduling.
- Ensure that events contribute to organizational objectives, particularly in generating savings from addressed expenses.
- Support the training and "shadowing" of individuals leading events, alongside the IA event leaders team.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of event outcomes, utilizing systematic methodologies for evaluation.
- Participate in regular updates and documentation related to event processes and templates.
- Attendee Engagement:
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to ensure high satisfaction and perceived value from events.
- Create and refine event manuals and best practices while advising team members to lead events independently.
- Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
- Six Sigma training is desirable.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in event management or project facilitation (minimum of 5 years).
- Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
