Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on SQL.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, and Xpath.
- Proven ability to lead a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; able to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive and productive relationships.
- Experience working in an agile development model, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of various tools (Git, Maven/Gradle, Grunt, Jenkins, Docker)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 5 to 8 years of professional experience in software development to lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 developers.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL databases to support various business applications.
- Implement and manage web technologies using JavaScript, XML, and Xpath.
- Analyze and solve complex system, application, and data issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to support system maintenance and upgrades.
- Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have: .
- Knowledge of AWS basics.
