Sr. Specification Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Sr. Specification Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic specification activities within the Decorative segment. You will promote Jotun's Single Source Solution (SSS) concept, influence project specifications and develop strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders. By specifying Jotun products, identifying new business opportunities and supporting project conversion, you will contribute to increased market share, profitable sales and Jotun's leadership position in the market.
This position is based at Riyadh & will report to the Specification Manager.

 Responsibilities:

• Promote Jotun's innovative solutions to achieve targeted specification/approval rates among architects, consultants, developers and specifiers.

• Support the Sales Team by securing product specifications and approvals, ensuring Jotun solutions are incorporated into project requirements and contribute to successful project conversions.

• Identify and influence decision makers in assigned countries to ensure Jotun specifications are approved and secure projects for business benefit and maintain an updated database of construction projects, consultants, architects, developers, and key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.

• Monitor construction and paint industry market trends, construction activities, competitor movements and industry developments, utilizing market intelligence to strengthen Jotun's competitive position and market leadership.

• Increase Jotun's visibility and maximize sales through architect channels by conducting training sessions and maintaining relationships with specifiers.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, and designers to enhance Jotun's specification approvals through regular visits and presentations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We Look for:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Sales and Marketing / Interior design or Architecture.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Specification, Projects Sales from building & construction industry.

• Fluent in English & Arabic.

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
