Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions Partner is a senior client-facing advisor and solution architect responsible for designing workforce transformation solutions that align business priorities, skills strategies, technology ecosystems, and measurable outcomes. This role combines consultative selling, technical solution architecture, value realization planning, and executive engagement to help customers solve complex talent, skills, leadership, compliance, and workforce development challenges.
In this role, the Solutions Partner will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, services design, implementation execution, expected business outcomes, and value realization.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Discovery & Value Consulting
Lead structured discovery with broad buying committee across HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and executives to identify business priorities, workforce challenges, technical requirements, constraints, and success measures. Support account team in expanding advisory relationships
Translate customer needs into an outcome-based solution strategy aligned to business priorities and success measures.
Craft a compelling executive narrative that articulates the customer context, win themes, proposed solution, and expected outcomes.
Build a quantified business case that connects the proposed investment to value, ROI, and measurable impact.
Advise senior leaders on skills, talent, learning, workforce capability, and organizational transformation.
Technical Solution Architecture
Own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the sales lifecycle, aligning customer requirements, technical feasibility, commercial viability, implementation considerations, and expected outcomes.
Design scalable solutions across Skillsoft offerings, professional services, partner technologies, customer environments, and operating models.
Lead technical discovery across systems, data, identity, security, integrations, implementation dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
Define success criteria and provide solution oversight or delivery advisory support as appropriate to protect solution integrity and value realization.
Skills Intelligence, Learning & Ecosystem Integration
Advise customers on skills-based transformation, workforce planning, talent mobility, capability development, and learning strategy.
Design practical ecosystem, integration, and data approaches that support skills intelligence, personalization, analytics, and measurable workforce outcomes.
Apply learning experience, adoption, and emerging technology principles to build solutions that drive behavior change and performance.
Transformation Roadmaps & Value Realization
Advise customers on value realization strategies and impact measurement approaches.
Design transformation roadmaps that align technology, skills strategy, learning experiences, adoption, governance, & services based on customer readiness and business value needs
Define implementation approaches, dependencies, risks, resource considerations, and success criteria.
Develop implementation assumptions, service designs, resource and effort considerations, risks, and success measures that support executable solutions.
Oversee services delivery for designed solutions, ensuring execution stays aligned to customer outcomes, delivery quality, and value realization goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to shape, validate, position, and deliver solutions.
Translate customer needs into repeatable solution patterns, offers, and playbooks that improve quality, consistency, and deal velocity across markets.
Capture customer and market insights to inform product strategy, solution development, and go-to-market execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, workforce transformation, or enterprise technology consulting with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex business and solution discussions.
Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, learning, workforce development, leadership, or people transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and value realization.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with HR technology, talent technology, learning technology, workforce analytics, skills intelligence, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, integrations, identity management, data exchange models, and platform interoperability.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $119,000 - $136,500 annualized with average on target earnings including commissions of approximately $170,000- $195,000 annually.
