Plan briefings and engagement programs, develop messaging and executive materials, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage inquiries and RFPs, monitor analyst coverage and sentiment, and use competitive intelligence to guide product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Drive positioning in analyst evaluations, amplify endorsements across marketing and sales channels, and track program KPIs.

Leads Skillsoft’s EMEA Market Solutions organization and owns regional customer experience, growth, retention, expansion, and renewal outcomes. Manages and coaches Market Solutions Leaders, strengthens solutioning and customer lifecycle execution, drives ARR performance, and guides teams through transformation. Oversees shared and channel solution teams, establishes operating models and playbooks, ensures global consistency, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Enablement to deliver scalable customer and revenue outcomes.
