What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Coupa Pay solutions for global enterprise clients.
- Partner with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into optimized payment and treasury solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and solution design across payment processes.
- Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach team members while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing client enablement.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Financial Accounting, and Cash Management processes.
- Proven expertise in ACH/Wire, card, and domestic/international payment operations, including bank connectivity (SWIFT, H2H, EBICS, etc.).
- Strong technical and functional understanding of SaaS applications, treasury systems, and financial automation tools (e.g., Bill, Tipalti).
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in Agile or Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Postman, Excel, and Visio; strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
