What You'll Do:
- Serve as Banking Operations project manager for customer onboarding with Coupa Pay partners, managing activities from agreements to implementation and configurations to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and implementation partners to drive successful implementation and go-live readiness.
- Develop strong technical knowledge of Coupa Pay products to support onboarding, customer growth, and expansion.
- Enhance and follow standard operating procedures and best practices to support partner growth and adoption.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, utilizing and improving templates, training materials, and presentations.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize processes, workload management, and overall customer and partner experience.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5-10 years’ experience in Fintech, card payments, or banking, with strong preference for B2B card payment solutions, bank transfers, payments compliance, and contracting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with excellent project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with partners, internal teams, and customers to successfully execute project plans.
- SaaS experience and familiarity with Coupa or similar financial/payment, accounting, and procurement software (e.g., Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with demonstrated career growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Preferred experience includes configuring and delivering software demonstrations and prior consulting experience with relevant applications.
