Sr Software Engineer

What's the role?

• Strong coding expertise in Java / Scala / Python, with ability to design and maintain complex services
• Lead the development of features and platform enhancements with end‑to‑end ownership
• Hands-on experience architecting, developing and operating scalable services on AWS
• Communicate technical designs through proposals, design specs, diagrams
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed stakeholders including architects, PMs, and cross-functional teams
• Drive engineering best practices with a focus on simplicity, quality, and measurable impact
• (Good to have) Make balanced technical decisions, managing trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• Recommend and justify architectural or product changes using data-driven reasoning and technical depth
• Mentor team members and contribute to improving engineering culture, processes, and standards

• AI‑Assisted Development: Using Copilot for coding, debugging, testing, documentation.
• Logical Analysis: Diagnosing and resolving service failures issues

Good to have AI Skills

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot) for faster development
• Ability to write effective prompts for coding, debugging, testing and documentation
