JR50793 Sr. Software Engineer
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop strategies and recommendations for Web , desktop and SAAS application solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration, and security.
- Resolving technical issues related to Web Applications & SaaS products.
- Work with business operations, business analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Upgrading SAAS products by coordinating with Vendors
- Troubleshoot technical issues by working with Customers and Vendor
- Providing immediate support to customers via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in application development using C# and Python
- Proficiency in automating deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services of Azure, AWS and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
