  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services using Golang, cloud-native architecture, and modern API-driven development practices.

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Apply a strong understanding of enterprise development best practices, software design principles, coding standards, and SDLC processes.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to modernize platforms, increase efficiency, and improve compatibility with current and emerging healthcare products and services.
  • Integrate new technologies with existing enterprise management tools, platforms, and compliance frameworks while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Drive technical excellence by conducting code reviews, enforcing quality standards, and promoting reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and availability in mission-critical environments.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical roadmaps, and strategic initiatives related to cloud adoption, modernization, and platform optimization.
  • Stay current with evolving cloud enterprise technologies, healthcare industry trends, and engineering best practices, and apply them where appropriate.
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and support innovation across the development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend continuous improvement opportunities and strategic innovation initiatives.
  • Support knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on delivery, quality, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in software solution development and implementation
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications in an AWS environment using cloud-native AWS services
  • 5+ years of experience with relational database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL application development
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as C#, Golang, Node.js, or Java

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Golang
  • Proficiency in REST API design and development
  • Experience with AWS services including SNS, SQS, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch
  • Experience working within Agile Scrum SDLC environments
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools and processes such as Git, Jenkins, JFrog, Sonar, CodQL, and NUnit

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and drive engineering efficiency
