KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and supervise a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions
• Drive the technical direction and ensure the successful execution of projects 
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth 
• Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend requirements and translate them into software solutions 
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development 
• Report key KPIs to upper management. 

YOU MUST HAVE

•  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field
•  Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or guiding role 
•  Strong technical skills in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks 
•  Excellent guiding and team management abilities 
•  Effective communication and people-oriented skills
