Sr Software Eng Supervisor

As a Sr Software Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership and technical expertise will be essential in driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of software quality.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualification

• Graduate degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science with hands on experience in SaaS, Mobile, 
• Cloud based applications and end to-end product development experience.
• Must have minimum 10-12 years of Experience.
• Must have handled Software programs and application Development & Deployment as an Engineering owner and involved in integration of multiple sub-systems.
• Should have led a team of engineers in the role of a delivery leader and delivered on multiple projects.
• Should have worked in global product development environment, developing and deploying products and solutions to Customers.
• Strong understanding of the IoT market, players, their offerings and trade-offs.
• Must have experience in generating System Requirements from the stakeholder’s requirements.
• Must have experience in converting System Requirements to Architecture/Design.
• Must have good communication & negotiation skills.
• Must be good at Technical Leadership with an ability to quickly adapt to latest technology trends.
• Must have experience/exposure with Automation and unit testing frameworks, eco systems for Development & Operations (DevOps) frameworks.
• Strong background working in an Agile environment.
• Domain and product knowledge in Building Domain will be added advantage
• Results driven with a positive can-do attitude
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent team building, mentoring people.
• Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business.
• Must demonstrate a hands-on approach, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Experience in developing IOT based systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
