Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce supports business processes efficiently and scales with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports
- Manage data quality through data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making
- Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Manage system updates, releases, and sandbox environments
- Ensure platform compliance with data governance, security, and best practices
- Coordinate with developers, consultants, and vendors when advanced customization is required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science .
- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, etc..)
- Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data management tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and integrations.
